The Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus (located at Luisenstr. 58/59, 10117 Berlin, Germany) is our meeting venue. Named after Bernard Von Lagenbeck (remembered as the "father of the surgical residency") and Rudulf Ludwig Karl Virchow (known by many as "the father of modern pathology") it is home of the German Surgery Association and the Berlin Medical Association.
Located behind the Charité Hospital in the Chairte Mitte Capmus the venue is steeped in German history having served as “People’s Chamber”, the Parliament of the GDR. Since 2005 it has been renovated to become a purpose build state of the art convention centre.
